First Floor : Galleried landing leading to twin bedroom with beamed ceiling. Oil central heating Ground Floor : Slate tiled throughout. Conservatory with dining area and views to the valley, river and pond. Living room with beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace and wood burner, TV, DVD and Video player. Kitchen with oven, fridge with small freezer and microwave. Bathroom with bath with integral shower, WC and basin. First Floor (via spiral staircase) : Family room with double bed and one or two single beds. Ensuite toilet with handbasin.

OUTSIDE Shared Laundry Room with Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer, for guests staying for more than 7 days. Private car park for 7/8 cars. 2.5 acres made up of a mix of landscaped gardens and wild grassland with 100 foot pond and river frontage to River Tone.
